Pipe Network Survey
Scope of Survey Area:
Residential communities, townships, riverside zones, riparian areas, etc.
Key Work Tasks:
(1) Conduct comprehensive investigations on wastewater discharge from all water-related pollution sources, covering the following aspects:Geographic location,Drainage type (industrial/domestic/mixed),Discharge volume,Outlet pipe diameter,Pipe invert elevation (bottom elevation of drainage pipes),Receiving water body or pipeline,Current status of internal drainage systems,Primary Pollution Sources Include:,Industrial enterprises,Residential communities,"Six Small-Scale Industries" (small catering, laundry, bathing, beauty salons, auto repair, and food processing establishments),Construction sites,Public institutions (government agencies, schools, hospitals, etc.),Integrated markets,Public welfare facilities (transportation terminals, docks, religious sites, nursing homes, tourist areas, star-rated hotels, etc.),Livestock farms,Aquaculture facilities

(2) Conduct investigations on the following aspects of sewage treatment facilities and drainage network planning, including the installation status of various drainage outlets, pipelines, and inspection chambers, as well as defects and rainwater-sewage misconnections:,Collection and collation of planning documents for sewage treatment facilities and drainage networks,Data gathering and organization for existing and under-construction drainage pipelines,Field verification and detection of installed/under-construction drainage networks,Drainage outlet surveys (location, type, and discharge characteristics),Defect inspection and assessment of drainage pipelines and inspection chambers,Investigation and evaluation of rainwater-sewage misconnections
Main achievements:
Formulated an investigation report, listed a problem inventory, and proposed rectification measures.
